A foam-resin packaging box with a temperature monitoring function, of the present invention, comprises: a box main body which has a predetermined accommodation space for accommodating fresh food, and which is formed by the coupling of wall panels; a lid for covering the box main body; a bottom panel coupled to the inner lower part of the wall panels; a large divider and a small divider, which are coupled between the wall panels; and, on the bottom panel, a bottle and can holder and a water repellent coating paper pack, wherein: a colorimetric barcode sensor is attached, as a means for allowing a consumer to check whether fresh food is safe to eat, to the water repellent coating paper pack of the box main body; a barcode temperature display unit is provided on the lid; communication between the colorimetric barcode sensor and the barcode display unit is RS232 via GPIB communication; and the material of the large divider, the small divider, the bottle and can holder and the water repellent coating paper pack includes a softwood fiber and a hardwood fiber which are added, in a ratio of 60:40, to a foam resin.
