A vacuum suction cup assembly (210), a material-taking device (200), a feeding system, and a blister packaging apparatus. The vacuum suction cup assembly (210) comprises a first mounting plate (211) and at least one first vacuum suction cup (212), wherein the first mounting plate (211) is provided with at least one first mounting position (2111), one end of the first mounting position (2111) is provided with a first vacuum suction cup (212), the other end of the first mounting position (2111) is provided with a first air pipe joint (213), and the first air pipe joint (213) is configured to connect to a first vacuum generation device; and the first vacuum suction cup (212) comprises a first suction cup main body (2121), one end of the first suction cup main body (2121) configured to suction materials is provided with a first counterbore (2123) and a first ring column (2122) arranged around the first counterbore (2123), the first ring column (2122) is provided with at least one second through hole (2124), and the second through hole (2124) penetrates the first suction cup main body (2121). The material-taking device (200) comprises a first driving assembly (220) and the vacuum suction cup assembly (210). The feeding system comprises the material-taking device (200) and a transferring and discharging device (300). The blister packaging apparatus comprises a blister packaging machine (600) and the feeding system.
