SINTESIS DE INJERTO DE OXIDO DE GRAFITO CON MOLECULAS ORGANICAS (BIO-NANOHIBRIDO): FRUCTOSA, ALMIDON Y MICROCELULOSA MEDIANTE SONOQUIMICA.

The present invention relates to a novel process for the synthesis or manufacture of graphite oxide (GrO) chemically grafted (bio-nano hybrids) with organic molecules of fructose, starch, and micro celluloses using sonochemistry. Said process possesses the advantages of being simple and more optimal, reducing time and temperature of up to 30 min and 100 °C in an atmosphere open to the environment, thus reducing agents, organic solvents, pH regulators, and avoiding catalysts for activating the reactivity thereof. Also, it allows obtaining sheets of graphene oxide chemically grafted with organic molecules (fructose, starch, and micro cellulose) in one step, quickly and conveniently through green chemistry. The reduction of GrO achieves by grafting 49.7% weight of starch (rGO-S), 25.23% weight of fructose (rGO-, F), and 14.34% weight of nitrocellulose (rGO-M). The grafts obtained applies in the industry of i) the transformation of plastics or polymers for use in packaging or food packag ing materials, ii) the dairy industry for the recovering antibiotics present in milk, iii) electronics industry for manufacturing super-capacitors, iv) chemical industry for purifying water and producing adhesives, and v) in medicine for making bio-sensors and bone implants.
