The invention relates to a basket made from recycled cardboard or paperboard material, designed to replace the plastic baskets used in commercial establishments for the arrangement and carrying of goods/products and belongings, bringing to the market an ecological basket or tray made from biodegradable material, produced from a sustainable source with renewable resources, and therefore having greatly reduced impacts on the environment compared to plastic. The cardboard or paperboard basket can be made with different grades and grammages and can have various length x width x height dimensions, the three preferences being 50x30x10 cm, 30x20x10 cm and 40x25x18 cm. The structural details thereof (lines, grooves, cutouts, folds, flaps) give it its final shape and increased strength for performing its functions. The basket has handles made from 5 mm Kraft paper twisted cord or the same material as the basket, and spaces provided for advertisements for products and brands. The invention pertains to the technical field of packaging made from recycled cardboard or paperboard material.
