The present invention is a film-packaged tissue pack package in which a plurality of film-packaged tissues are packaged by an outer cladding film in gusset packaging having a grip section on the top-surface side, wherein the outer cladding film is a biomass film containing 10 mass% or less of a biomass raw material, the blocking rate is 120 mN or lower, and the TD-direction tensile modulus of elasticity is 380-460 MPa. The present invention makes it possible to reduce the burden on the environment caused by usage of the biomass raw material while making it possible to handle and manufacture a film-packaged tissue pack package in the same manner as a pack package in the prior art.
