EDIBLE STARCH-BASED BIODEGRADABLE FILM AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR

Provided are an edible starch-based biodegradable film and a preparation method therefor. The edible starch-based biodegradable film is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 100 parts of plant starch, 30-40 parts of soluble dietary fibers, 8-12 parts of ?-cyclodextrin, 10-25 parts of a plasticizer, 5-10 parts of sodium alginate and 2-5 parts of amylase. After starch is slightly hydrolyzed, the plasticizer is added to improve the film-forming property of the starch, the sodium alginate can enable the slightly hydrolyzed starch to generate a cross-linking effect with the dietary fibers and ?-cyclodextrin to form a net-shaped structure, and the mechanical property and the waterproof property of the film are improved. The used raw materials are all edible materials, and the prepared film is edible, good in food preservation effect, easy to degrade under natural conditions, low in cost and capable of being used for edible packaging.
